Clutter in your physical space creates clutter in your mind.

Living in a small apartment forced me to adopt minimalism not just as an aesthetic, but as a survival mechanism.

The "One In, One Out" Rule

This is the golden rule. If you buy a new pair of shoes, an old pair must be donated or thrown away. This prevents accumulation.

Vertical Storage

When you don't have floor space, use the walls. Shelves up to the ceiling draw the eye up and create a sense of height.

Neutral Colors

Light colors reflect light and make small spaces feel airy. Stick to whites, beiges, and soft greys, adding texture rather than clutter.
